A. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT:

Our policy is to (1) block or remove content that we believe in good faith infringes intellectual property rights, and (2) remove and stop service for repeat infringers.

If you think Content on the website infringes your intellectual property, please send a notice of infringement containing:

• 1. Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property being infringed, including registration numbers if applicable;
• 2. Identification of the Content that infringes, including a description of where the material appeared on the website;
• 3. Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email;
• 4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized;
• 5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder;
• 6. Your signature or electronic equivalent.

B. AFTER RECEIVING A VALID INFRINGEMENT NOTICE:

We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content.

C. PROCEDURE FOR COUNTER-NOTICE:

If you believe your Content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the following:

• 1. Description of the Content that was removed and its location before removal;
• 2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
• 3. Your contact information;
• 4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local Federal Court;
• 5. Your signature or electronic equivalent.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may restore the Content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files an action in court.

Misrepresenting infringement may lead to liability for damages, including attorney’s fees.
